The Recruitment Solution is seeking a Service Advisor for a dealership in the Dagenham area. The role offers a market-leading package with a bonus scheme and uncapped earnings, based on success in selling services and upselling parts.

You will be meeting customers, scheduling service work, and coordinating with the workshop to ensure smooth vehicle servicing. A Kerridge background is highly valued, with RTC/One Link as a bonus.

Qualifications

• The candidate must have main dealer experience with strong customer service and administration skills.
• Kerridge experience is essential.
• RTC and One Link experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the service reception.
• Book in vehicles for service.
• Raise and close job cards.
• Obtain authorisations for work.
• Liaise with workshop on progress of jobs.
• Arrange courtesy cars using One Link.
• Costing, invoicing and customer handovers with upselling.
