Job summary

Premium Automotive Brand in Brighton is seeking a Service Advisor to join our premium dealership. You will manage daily customer enquiries, online bookings, and incoming calls in a high-performing workshop environment.

£32k basic salary with an uncapped bonus scheme, structured pay scales, and an uncapped OTE up to £38,000. The role offers career progression within Aftersales and the chance to develop alongside our manufacturer-backed training and expert team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in automotive industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Managing daily customer enquiries, online bookings, and incoming phone calls.
• Consultative Advice: Greeting customers, advising on vehicle warranty cover, explaining technical information clearly, and upselling beneficial parts and accessories.
• Workshop Liaison: Partnering closely with the technician team to schedule MOTs, servicing, and repair work based on workshop capacity.
• Administration: Keeping highly accurate customer records and updating internal dealer management systems.

• Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm with 1 early finish | Saturday morning rota, 8am–2pm)

What you will be doing:

As an automotive Service Advisor your daily responsibilities will include:

Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is required. You must have a warm personality, high energy, and the ability to explain technical details clearly. Knowledge of dealer systems like Kerridge / ADP is highly advantageous.
