Due to internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy Ilkeston site.

Ilkeston branch offers a friendly atmosphere with a dedicated team of 20 colleagues, including 7 bodyshop technicians and 13 support staff, with amenities nearby.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Bodyshop, responsible for booking repairs, preparing job cards, maintaining paperwork, providing progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and collecting payments.

Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction by liaising between customers, the Bodyshop, and third parties, utilizing your customer service, administration, and IT skills. A full UK Manual driving licence is required.
