Job summary

Park’s Motor Group is seeking a full‑time Service Advisor for its Toyota Service Centre in St Boswells. You will support the branch and customers through administration services, handling invoices, paperwork, and customer details, while maintaining high data quality.

You will liaise with customers to deliver excellent service, contribute to daily workload, and maintain databases. Growth opportunities are highlighted within the group.

Qualifications

• The ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word as well as email package.
• Eye for attention to detail.

Location: St Boswells

Park’s Motor Group is seeking an individual to take up a position as a full-time Service Advisor based in our Toyota Service Centre located in St Boswells.

About The Role

You will work within our friendly team supporting our branch and its customers through the various administration services we provide for our manufacturers.

What You Will Do

• Help contribute toward the team's daily workload
• Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details
• Liaise directly with customers providing a second to none level of service
• Maintain, create and change our databases
• Be able to, maintain a high consistent quality of work
