What you will be doing

  • Providing customers with a professional and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair service on an increasingly broad range of equipment and devices that Ricoh support including smart lockers, audio-visual, network devices, servers and routers.
  • Embracing the core Ricoh value of Customer Centricity in ensuring customers receive outstanding service every time.
  • Driving self-improvement and continuous professional development in order to keep up with ever-changing demands in the technology sector and the rapidly expanding portfolio of products and services that Ricoh support.

You will ideally have

  • A desire to work in a technical environment and passion for technology
  • Strong working knowledge or formal training or qualification across a variety of IT technology
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Good decision-making ability
  • Enthusiastic and desire for continuous improvement
