Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a Senior Administrator to coordinate regional administration, ensure process adherence, and support month-end reporting. The role covers data entry, account reconciliation, customer liaison, and management reporting within the UK region.

You will onboard and coach Service Administrators, perform SOX-related audits, and produce regional KPI/compliance reports to keep month-end accurate and timely.

• Regional auditing of administration compliance for SOX.
• Sanity checks and average weights report completion.
• Proactis supplier balance statement vs PO cross reference checks for region.
• Ensure each site within the region completes month end on time.

Job description

The Senior Administrator coordinates and ensures process adherence within the region / area providing a high level professional administrative support to the sites, alongside their main administration duties including hazardous waste note monitoring, data entry, account reconciliation, customer liaison and management reporting. The Senior Administrator will complete regional reports for KPI's, Compliance, and financial which support the efficient month end reporting and evaluation process to ensure SOX compliance. This also includes auditing and checking other regional records for accuracy reporting.Key Job Activities: Onboarding, training and coaching of the Service Administrators within the region. Required Education: High School or equivalent. Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.Experience (EMEAA): Required Years of Experience: 3+ years Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding Customer Service Skills Communication skills.
