Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a Senior Administrator in the UK region to provide high-level administrative support across sites. The role includes overseeing hazardous waste note monitoring, data entry, account reconciliation, customer liaison and management reporting to ensure SOX compliance.

Key activities include onboarding service administrators, regional audits, month-end checks and KPI reporting, with a focus on accuracy and process adherence across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding, training and coaching of Service Administrators in the region.
• Weekly/monthly route log discrepancy checks for the UK region.
• Regional auditing of administration compliance for SOX.
• Sanity checks and average weights reporting.
• Proactis supplier balance statements vs PO cross reference checks for the region.
• Ensure each site in the region completes month-end on time.
• Perform Service Administration duties.

Position Purpose:

The Senior Administrator coordinates and ensures process adherence within the region / area providing a high level professional administrative support to the sites, alongside their main administration duties including hazardous waste note monitoring, data entry, account reconciliation, customer liaison and management reporting. The Senior Administrator will complete regional reports for KPI’s, Compliance, and financial which support the efficient month end reporting and evaluation process to ensure SOX compliance. This also includes auditing and checking other regional records for accuracy reporting.

Key Job Activities:

Service Administration Duties.

Education:

Required Education: High School or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.

Experience (EMEAA):

Required Years of Experience: 3+ years

Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding
