Working part-time at West Bromwich locations, you will lead administrative delivery, support services across hub sites, ensure compliance, and help families access high-quality services across the six town areas.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Administrator to be part of a team who leads and coordinates administrative functions across our Sandwell Best Start Family Hubs network and related services. This role will take a lead in Data and Comms which is an essential function of the service and will operate on site at all times.

This is a borough-wide role within a centralised administration function, supporting services across all hub locations. Your base location will be agreed upon appointment and will sit across Wednesbury and West Bromwich.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring services operate efficiently, remain compliant, and continue delivering positive outcomes for families.
