Service Administrator (Clinical) Ref:0022ZD

Our team in Stoke is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you thrive in a busy environment, managing a wide range of tasks and supporting various people? If so, this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job

This position is based at our Stoke Community Drugs and Alcohol service. You will be part of our administrative support team, providing administration and reception services, including secretarial and data tasks. You will also support clinical administration and contribute to the security and health & safety of everyone in the service. As the service is busy, a smooth-running administrative team is crucial. Responsibilities include greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining data quality, processing assessments, and providing clinical support.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £23,400 - £25,000 per year, including evening and Saturday shifts on a rota basis.
