Job summary

Our team in Stoke is seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. Do you thrive in a busy environment, managing a wide range of administration tasks and supporting different people? If so, this could be the role for you.

Main duties of the job

This position is based at our Stoke Community Drugs and Alcohol service. You will be part of our administrative support team, providing an all-round administration and reception service, including secretarial and data-related tasks. You will also provide clinical administrative support and play a role in ensuring the security and health & safety of everyone who enters the service. As the service is very busy, a smooth-running administrative team is crucial to our success. The role involves greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining data quality, processing assessments, and providing clinical administrative support.

As a leading charity supporting those with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, supporting more than 100,000 people each year.

Applicants must submit a CV and a cover letter explaining their suitability for the role. The closing date is 22nd May 2025, but early applications are encouraged as the role may close sooner due to high volume.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £23,400 - £25,000 per annum, including evening and Saturday work on a rota basis.
