Job summary

Adams Morey is seeking a Service Administrator/Advisor Apprentice at Roche site in Roche, Cornwall. You will learn to support the service department and provide excellent customer care, while completing an apprenticeship through Skillnet.

The role offers an apprenticeship salary, a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule, and opportunities for genuine career development within the Greenhous Group.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers and booking vehicles in for service.
• Answering phones and taking bookings or forwarding queries.
• Responding to emails, both internal and external.
• Using a variety of software systems for data entry.
• Assisting with invoicing and filling/scanning paperwork.
• Liaising with Technicians as needed.
