We're looking for a Server to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen.

As the face of our guest experience, you'll greet diners with a smile, expertly take and relay orders to our kitchen, and offer personalized menu recommendations that keep our guests coming back. Your warm personality will help you build lasting relationships with both our guests and your team.

What You’ll Do:

1. Warm Welcome: Greet every guest—day or night—with a friendly smile that makes them feel immediately at home.
2. Seamless Service: Manage your tables efficiently, ensuring clear communication with your team so that every detail runs smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Experience following detailed service steps, including allergen procedures, while managing a busy section.
• A strong desire to grow—our Head Waiters are promoted from within, and our Columbo Academy programme is designed to help our team become future leaders.

What to Expect:

• Competitive Pay: £13.25 - £16 per hour (inclusive of tronc), with wages paid biweekly and tronc paid monthly.
