P.F. Chang's in London is seeking friendly servers to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will take, place and serve food and beverages, answer questions, and help guests navigate the menu while ensuring smooth seating and service.

Previous restaurant experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. You will work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with competitive pay, staff meals, discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 months server experience in casual or upscale dining preferred.
• Experience in a restaurant chain or franchise with established processes and protocols a plus.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette required.

Responsabilités

• Delivers hospitality experience that anticipates and exceeds guest expectations.
• Understands the menu and can engage guests on item selections and questions.
• Guides guests through dining, takes, places and serves food and beverage orders, and processes payments.
• Knows seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant.

The dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitress or Waiters are core team members of the scratch kitchen restaurant. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience.,

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.

  Previous experience is preferred but not required - we will train you!

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.

Preferences:

• 6 months Server experience working in casual or upscale dining
• Experience working in a restaurant chain or franchise with established processes, systems, and accustomed to corporate structure and protocols
