PF Chang's is seeking a Bartender to join our scratch kitchen restaurant. You will craft beverages, garnish accordingly, and uphold PF Chang's hospitality standards while maintaining bar cleanliness and stock.

You will work closely with servers to ensure guests receive everything they need and enjoy an exceptional dining experience. Ideal candidates bring bartending experience, familiarity with bar equipment, and a commitment to sanitation, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• 6 months bartender experience in casual or upscale dining.
• Experience in a restaurant chain with established processes.
• Willingness to learn and follow corporate procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Make and execute alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes.
• Operate and cleans bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking.
• Understand seating layout and deliver food within the restaurant.
• Partner with hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Learn to set and clear tables neatly per PF Chang's specs.
• Follow procedures for responsible alcoholic service; meet minimum age requirements.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette; maintain sanitation and safety.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures.
