PF. Chang's is seeking a friendly Busser/Service Assistant to maintain dining room standards, assist with catering orders, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will buss, clean, stock, and support food service operations during shifts, while upholding sanitation and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional hospitality, guiding guests on menu items for dine-in and takeout, and operating POS and kitchen equipment as needed. Training provided; experience not required.

Responsible for maintaining the needs of the shift that include cleaning tables, side work, bussing tables, and maintaining beverages/ice.,

• Restocks station and keeps all stations clean.
• Cleans and sanitizes tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang's specifications.
• Uses cleaning chemicals properly in accordance with Safety procedures. C
• leans and maintains facility.
• Expedites window and rolling of silverware.
• Gathers dirty dishes from dining room and delivers to dishwashing station., The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant is responsible for restaurant dine-in and takeout operations, cleaning, running food, bussing restaurant tables and side work. They will assist with catering orders, including delivery when applicable. All Team Members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience., Guiding guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering.
• Understands the restaurant menu to identify the different menu items for takeout and catering, able to guide guests on choosing menu items, and ready to answer guest's questions.
• Review orders with the Guest (at pick-up or upon delivery) and / or with Delivery Driver ensuring order accuracy.
• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations.
• Clears, cleans, and sanitizes restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station and resets tables as needed. Also, removes bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
• Restocks, cleans, and maintains all restaurant stations.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
• Will serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout.
  Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, steamer and POS system.
• Ability to learn side-work required for each shift.
• Ability to learn and follow uniform standards.
• Ability to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and standards., Must be a team player.

ADA Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time for the duration of each shift.
• Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to hear sufficiently to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen., Previous experience is not required - we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must be able to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale (POS) system and any other applicable system(s).
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
