Compass Group UK&I is seeking a motivated Barista for a part-time 16-hour-per-week role. You will craft drinks, handle payments, and contribute to a high-standard customer experience in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates bring frontline customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining brand standards and safety practices across shifts.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
