Job summary

Canlan Sports is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to join our Wild Wing restaurant team. You will deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service, knowing the menu and promotions to exceed guest expectations.

Experience in food and beverage is preferred; Smart Serve and Serving It Right are required. Flex hours including evenings and weekends are expected, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Smart Serve and Serving It Right or equivalent required.
• Food & beverage experience preferred.
• Outgoing, positive, team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, beverages and promotions.

• Assist with opening/closing procedures as assigned.

Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Server. Rate of Pay: $17.60/ hour

We are currently looking for outgoing, passionate and team-oriented servers for our Wild Wing restaurant. In this role you will provide prompt, courteous and accurate food and beverage service in order to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of beverages
• Apply developed knowledge of tableware and bar equipment
• Maintain, set and clear tables as required
• Handle payments and gratuities, make change, and process voids through Sky Tab System accurately
• Maintain knowledge of and actively promote menu, beverages and current promotions
• Receive product delivery and ensure safe, sanitary and secure storage when required
• Ensure all opening / closing procedures are completed (shift dependent)

Qualifications

• Smart Serve, Serving It Right, (or equivalent) required

Abilities, Attributes And Experience

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive and team orientated
• Experienced handling payment and gratuities through a POS system (Sky Tab preferred)
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours (evenings & weekends)
