Job summary

The Blues Kitchen Manchester, part of The Columbo Group, is seeking a Server to join a fast-paced, late-night venue known for live blues and American comfort food. You will host guests, take orders, and help ensure a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Expect to coordinate with bar and floor teams, recommend dishes and drinks, and contribute to a lively atmosphere. Competitive pay (£12.71/hr + tronc) with regular pay cycles and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Server, Waiter or Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Confidence managing a section during busy service.
• Experience following structured service steps, including allergen procedures.
• Someone warm, organised and attentive to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, food, drinks and music.

We’re looking for a Server to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

What To Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71– £13.21 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
