We’re looking for a Senior Server to help lead the floor at The Blues Kitchen.

The Blues Kitchen brings together delicious food, world class music and an incredible drinks menu, all under one roof. It’s built on great hospitality. As a Senior Server, you support the management team in delivering a strong guest experience. You lead by example on the floor, support the team, and help maintain high standards throughout. This is a great role for someone ready to step towards management and deepen their understanding of how we curate incredible guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Server in a restaurant environment

What to Expect

• Competitive pay: £12.75 per hour plus tronc total package usually between £12.75 to £15.25 per hour. Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
