The Blues Kitchen Manchester is seeking a warm, charismatic Bartender to join its high‑energy team. You’ll craft cocktails, deliver friendly service and help keep the bar buzzing with great music and atmosphere.

Work at a busy venue where cocktails, food and live performances come together nightly. £12.71 per hour plus tronc, with typical total earnings between £12.71 and £14.75 per hour.

We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at The Blues Kitchen Manchester.

The award‑winning Blues Kitchen has brought its legendary energy to the heart of Manchester. With a stunning Southern‑inspired interior and a stage that hosts world‑class blues, soul and funk artists, it’s a place where great food, strong drinks and live music come together every night of the week.

It’s a busy, high‑energy venue where the bar sits right at the centre of the action. We’re looking for warm, charismatic bartenders who can deliver great drinks while keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing cocktails, pouring drinks and maintaining high standards behind the bar.
• Making classic cocktails confidently and consistently during busy service.
• Delivering friendly and efficient service to guests.
• Keeping the bar stocked, organised and ready for service.
• Working closely with the bar and floor teams to keep service flowing.

What To Expect

• £12.71 per hour plus tronc (total package usually between £12.71 – £14.75 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
