Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a friendly server to deliver excellent hospitality across our brands in Manchester. You will welcome guests, take orders, and guide them through menus, while working with a supportive team to maintain smooth service.

Flexibility is required for early starts, with airport shifts possible from 3am. We offer meals on shift, discounts across our brands, and opportunities for development within a large, diverse hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent hospitality to guests at all times, including busy periods.
• Willingness to work early starts and airport shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food with a friendly, efficient service.
• Rock your section by staying organised and proactive in multitasking.
• Make recommendations to guests and support teammates to ensure a great dining experience.

What we're looking for in our servers

• Great people skills.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
