Job summary

The Restaurant Group Ltd is seeking a friendly server to join one of the UK’s leading hospitality brands. You’ll welcome guests, deliver recommendations, and support the team in a busy airport-adjacent setting.

This role offers on-site shifts with early starts, opportunities for development, and benefits including free meals on shift, staff discounts across our brands, and access to Wagestream to access wages as earned. We value inclusion and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not essential.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Willingness to work early shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and deliver excellent service.
• Make mouth-watering recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Rock your section and support teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Adapt to airport-dining timings, including early starts.

What we're looking for in our servers

• Great people skills.

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment
• Flexibility in hours, airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Also be able to provide a 5 year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
