Clayton Legal is representing a Birmingham-based team seeking a Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor with approximately 2-10 years' PQE to join their established Serious Injury group.

The role focuses on handling serious injury claims, early intervention, client care, and progressing litigated matters, with hybrid working (2 days in the office) and a competitive salary with bonus and benefits.

Serious Injury Fee Earner / NQ Solicitor Birmingham Hybrid Working

Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)

We are seeking an ambitious Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor (approximately 2-10 years' PQE) to join a highly experienced and well-established Serious Injury team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career handling complex and rewarding cases involving:

• Catastrophic injuries
• Brain and spinal injuries
• Serious orthopaedic injuries
• Amputations
• Fatal accident claims

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload of claims valued up to £100,000, while also assisting Partners on high-value cases exceeding £1 million.
