Clayton Legal in Birmingham seeks a Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor (2–10 years' PQE) to join a leading Serious Injury team in the city centre. You will manage a caseload of claims up to £100,000 and assist on high-value matters, in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Serious Injury Fee Earner / NQ Solicitor | Birmingham | Hybrid Working

Location: Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid - 2 days office-based)

We are seeking an ambitious Serious Injury Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Solicitor (approximately 2-10 years' PQE) to join a highly experienced and well-established Serious Injury team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career handling complex and rewarding cases involving:

• Catastrophic injuries
• Brain and spinal injuries
• Serious orthopaedic injuries
• Amputations

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload of claims valued up to £100,000, while also assisting Partners on high-value cases exceeding £1 million.
