Solicitor / Legal Executive – Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)

Experience Required: 1–5 PQE

Location: Dartford

Join a progressive and people-focused law firm committed to doing things differently in the Serious and Catastrophic Injury space. You will manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, primarily multi-track claims, and support senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic cases.

The Candidate

• The ideal candidate will be a driven and empathetic solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in claimant personal injury work.
• You will be confident managing multi-track matters independently while contributing to complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain, spinal cord, amputation, or chronic pain injuries. A commitment to client care and a collaborative approach to working are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of serious injury multi-track claims and lower-value matters where required.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the firm’s case management system.
• Engage in training, development, and continuous legal education.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with the autonomy to choose your work setting. Regular office attendance is not mandatory but occasional visits, around 1-2 days per week or fortnight, are expected.
