Solicitor / Legal Executive – Serious & Catastrophic Injury (Claimant)

Experience Required: 1–5 PQE

Location: Warwick

Description: Join an award-winning, forward-thinking law firm committed to doing things differently in the Serious and Catastrophic Injury space. You will manage your own caseload of serious injury matters, primarily multi-track claims, and support senior colleagues on complex, high-value catastrophic cases. The firm is recognized for putting clients first, refusing unnecessary deductions from damages, and ensuring injured individuals receive full support and compensation. They are accredited with the Investors in People Gold Standard and focus on developing talent and delivering meaningful outcomes.

The Candidate:

• Driven and empathetic solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in claimant personal injury work.
• Confident managing multi-track matters independently and contributing to complex catastrophic injury cases involving brain, spinal cord, amputation, or chronic pain injuries. A commitment to client care and a collaborative approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of serious injury multi-track claims and lower-value matters where required.
• Work closely with senior colleagues on high-value catastrophic injury claims.
• Maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
• Engage in training, development, and continuous legal education.
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, with occasional visits to the Warwick office (around 1-2 days per week or fortnight).
