Job summary

Jaywing are looking for bright, self-motivated individuals to progress their careers in Organic Search with a team of professionals. This exciting opportunity will enable a relatively new SEO to work with some of the UK’s biggest brands in a forward-thinking, award-winning search agency.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of on-page optimisation and be keen to deepen strategic expertise by collaborating with more experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Existing SEO knowledge and experience, 1 year+.
• Initiative, motivation and drive to succeed.
• Ability to work under own direction and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and deadlines adherence.
• Effective communication, presentation and writing ability.
• Data literacy and ability to analyse data to inform strategies.
• Basic knowledge of on-page technical SEO and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Supporting SEO Analysts and Managers in audits (architecture, content, technical).
• Keyword research and targeting.
• Carrying out work aligned with client SEO strategies and senior guidance.
• Reviewing and adjusting client tactics based on performance.
• Clear reporting of results and measurable KPIs for each client.
• Developing understanding of search landscape to improve performance.
• Collaborating with team in person and remotely to achieve results.
