Key responsibilities

SupportingSEO Analystsand Managersin carrying out architecture, content, andtechnical siteaudits

• Keyword research & targeting
• Carrying out work in line withclient SEO strategies. This will includeon-site and earned media actions, with the aid of more senior team members
• Review andadjusting client tacticsbased on performance
• Clear reporting of results and measurable KPI’s in place for every client
• Continually developing your understanding of the search landscapeand adjusting activity to improve client performance
• Work with a team, both in person and remotely, to achieve results

Skillsrequired:

• Existing SEO knowledge and experience, 1year+ and can include experience gained via your education
• Initiative,motivationand drive to succeed
• Ability to work under own direction and as part of a team
• Time management skills and close adherence to deadlines
• Effective communication,presentationand writing ability
• Data literacy & the ability to analyse datatoinform strategies and interpret results, including AI-assisted analysis
• Some knowledge of beginner level SEO, areas including:
• On-page technical SEO
• Awareness and some ability with Google Analytics and Search Console
• Understanding of emerging AI platforms such as LLMs
• Relevant experience in the industryin either a marketingagency,or in-house, or via your education
• Awareness and experience of core insight tools such asScreamingFrog, SEM Rush,Ahrefsetc.
• Basic / some knowledge ofPython,HTML, CSSconsidered valuable
• Social media / influencer / content marketing awareness
• Experience and confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• 25 days of holiday (increasing by one day per year of service up to 30), plus bank holidays
