Blue Array, the UK’s leading specialist SEO agency, is seeking an SEO Specialist to manage client relationships and deliver data-driven SEO strategies. You will work across audits, keyword research, backlink analysis and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive visibility.

The role emphasizes client-facing skills, adaptability across brands, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced agency environment. Remote role with occasional travel to Reading HQ and client sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships in an agency or similar environment.
• Ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent planning, organisation and communication abilities.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools to support recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of small client accounts and monitor organic search performance.
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication, meetings, and strategy discussions.
• Conduct SEO audits, keyword research, backlink analysis and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Monitor client websites and performance metrics; report findings to line manager and clients.
• Develop and present tailored SEO strategies and contribute to long-term roadmaps.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, development and social media teams for integrated SEO delivery.
• Maintain proficiency with essential SEO tools to support recommendations and drive results.
• Stay up to date on SEO developments and share insights through blogs and team sessions.
