Blue Array, the UK's leading specialist SEO agency, seeks an SEO Manager to take senior ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, setting strategy and leading technical, analytical and creative work to drive results.

You will present strategies to senior stakeholders, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable growth. Remote role with regular travel to Reading HQ and client sites in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client accounts at a senior level with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering successful SEO and digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to defend and present strategy to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO performance for client accounts and defend strategy at senior level.
• Direct technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations.
• Monitor client sites daily/weekly/monthly and adjust tactics as needed.
• Lead relationships within the client team and act as senior SEO voice.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within accounts.
• Set best-practice standards and mentor junior colleagues.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and share insights.
• Educate other business areas on SEO impact on performance.
• Line-manage an SEO Specialist and oversee workload.
• Work towards KPIs aligned with company objectives and hit targets.
