Blue Array, the UK's leading SEO agency, seeks an experienced SEO Manager to own strategic direction and client relationships. You will guide technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations, while aligning with senior stakeholders and the broader client team.

You will drive SEO performance, mentor colleagues, and stay ahead of trends. This remote role requires UK residency with regular travel to Reading HQ and client locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing senior client relationships.
• Experience leading SEO strategy and campaigns.
• Ability to defend strategy to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO performance for client accounts end-to-end.
• Direct technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations.
• Monitor client websites and drive course corrections.
• Lead relationships with client team and senior stakeholders.
• Identify upsell opportunities within client accounts.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and share best practices.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and represent Blue Array.
• Educate other areas on SEO impact across business.
• Line-manage an SEO Specialist and oversee workload.
• Hit KPIs aligned with company objectives.
