Investoo Group is looking for a dynamic international SEO Specialist to join our expanding digital team. We are a prominent international financial services brand specialising in investing, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and trading. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and passionate industry experts while contributing to our ongoing success.


Role

As our international SEO Specialist you will report to our SEO Lead, and consistently maintain, optimise, and grow the rankings of pages across 23 different languages, across our two main brands. You’ll utilise a combination of keyword analysis, SERP analysis, and competitor analysis to optimise pages for top performance in their respective languages and geos.

As a small, effective and lean team, we require someone who is able to roll up their sleeves and take on the day-to-day execution, while growing into & gradually taking on strategic responsibilities. No task is too big or small. You should be hungry to achieve top rankings with an OCD-like attitude to acquiring them. The role is an extremely specific one that requires excellent knowledge of content, editing, keywords, and languages. We want someone that has a passion for languages, a desire for international expansion, and a love of both SEO and content.

Key Accountabilities

  • On-Page Optimization – Continuously optimize website content across multiple languages to improve rankings.
  • Keyword Research – Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, Google SERPs, and unconventional sources like Reddit, Quora, and YouTube.
  • Content Strategy & Analysis – Provide content recommendations, create analysis reports (Clearscope/Surfer SEO), and collaborate with content teams to enhance rankings.
  • Internal & External Linking – Manage anchor text ratios, ensure natural internal links, and oversee external link-building efforts with partners.
  • Technical SEO & Site Management – Handle webmaster duties, fix indexing issues, manage sitemaps, canonical tags, and hreflang tags, and optimize Core Web Vitals.
  • SEO Auditing & Reporting – Perform weekly/monthly SEO audits, track performance reports, and build action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Google News & News SEO – Support fast indexation of news content and maintain expertise in Google News algorithms.
  • Schema & Structured Data – Implement schema markup, structured data, and provide technical SEO guidance to content teams.
  • Algorithm Monitoring & Site Migrations – Track Google updates, advise on changes, and support site migrations and URL mapping.
  • SEO Growth & Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with commercial, content, and tech teams to drive organic growth.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of SEO, with demonstrable experience in the analysis, updating, maintenance, and optimising of content
  • At least some international SEO experience working across more than one language
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
  • Being multilingual is a huge plus in several of the following languages; German, Spanish, Dutch, French + any of the other languages we operate in.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or financial marketing desirable (not a must)
