Job summary

Blue Array is seeking a Senior SEO Manager to own multiple client strategies from planning to delivery in the UK. You will lead cross-functional teams, conduct technical audits, and report metrics to senior stakeholders, while driving growth.

This role requires strong communication and a proven track record in client relationships and data-driven SEO. You will mentor colleagues and contribute to strategic initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities

• Take full strategic ownership of several client accounts
• Lead senior-level client relationships
• Direct technical, analytical, and creative SEO campaign work
• Set and defend SEO strategies and roadmaps to senior stakeholders
• Own end-to-end SEO performance for client accounts
• Direct technical audits, keyword research, and content recommendations
• Own client reports and forecasts
• Monitor client websites daily, weekly, and monthly
• Course-correct SEO campaigns against North Star Metrics
• Lead relationships with marketing, developers, content writers, and social media teams
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
• Establish team best practices and share initiatives and results
• Mentor less experienced colleagues
• Represent Blue Array through internal and external speaking opportunities
• Educate other business areas on SEO performance impacts
• Potentially line-manage and develop an SEO Specialist
• Work toward KPIs aligned with company objectives
• Attend an in-person second-stage interview and complete a presentation task

• Significant experience managing own workload and others' workload

Demonstrates expertise in SEO strategy development and execution, with a strong focus on client account management and performance accountability. Capable of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues while driving measurable results aligned with business objectives.
