Job summary

Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an SEO Manager in the UK to lead strategy for one or more key accounts. You’ll collaborate with the SEO Account Director to design and deliver next-generation organic search programs, blending technical rigor, creative insight, and data analysis to exceed client KPIs.

You’ll manage and mentor a team of SEO Executives, own end-to-end project delivery, and stay ahead of trends in AI-enabled search and new social-search behaviors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SEO experience, ideally in an agency serving enterprise-level clients.
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and how crawl/indexing affect UX.
• Proficient with SEO tools and marketing analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Experience leading junior staff and delivering client-facing presentations.
• Staying current with algorithm updates and AI-enabled search advances.
• Bachelor’s degree; GA4/SEO certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, local).
• Lead technical audits, migrations, and content optimization with QA oversight.
• Line-manage and upskill SEO Executives; mentor and set workflows.
• Collaborate with Paid, Social, Content, CRO to embed SEO insights.
• Define metrics, track rankings, traffic, engagement, conversions; report findings.
• Maintain day-to-day client relationships and present roadmaps.
• Identify emerging trends (AI, voice search) to enhance client offerings.
• Refine workflows with Account Director to scale best practices across teams.
