You'll mentor SEO Executives, translate data into actionable insights, and stay ahead of AI-driven search innovations in a dynamic agency environment.

Qualifications

Experience delivering SEO programmes, ideally in an agency or consultative environment.
Strong understanding of technical SEO, crawling, indexing, site architecture and performance.
Proficient in analytics platforms to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues and supporting team growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of integrated SEO strategies aligned to client objectives.
Oversee technical audits, migrations and optimisation for ongoing performance.
Coach SEO Executives through coaching and development opportunities.
Collaborate with Paid Search, Social, Content and CRO teams on connected strategies.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear, commercial recommendations.
Build trusted client relationships and present strategies and results clearly.
