About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced SEO Lead to join our expanding team. You will take ownership of strategic direction across multiple clients, combining strong technical SEO skills with a consultative, relationship-focused approach to client management. You’ll confidently lead stakeholder discussions, present insights and recommendations, and drive long-term organic growth.

This role is hands-on, offering opportunities to mentor a small team, guide client strategies, and significantly impact performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Leadership: Serve as the main contact for key SEO accounts, building trusted relationships and translating complex SEO concepts into clear business value.
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for B2B and B2C clients aligned with their goals.
• Technical SEO: Lead audits, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical recommendations regarding crawling, indexation, site speed, and site structure.
• Team Management: Line manage two SEO Specialists, providing mentorship, performance support, and development opportunities.
• Reporting & Insights: Manage monthly reporting and performance reviews, using data to derive actionable insights.
• Collaboration: Work with content, PR, and development teams internally and with clients to deliver integrated strategies.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to evolving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
• Strong technical SEO background with ability to lead audits and troubleshoot issues.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience leading strategy and managing multiple accounts.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a collaborative leadership style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Proficiency with tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Data Studio/Looker.
