Job summary

Redcat Digital is seeking an SEO Manager to own organic search performance, protect and grow visibility, and drive sustainable traffic across the digital estate. You will manage the SEO agency, collaborate with developers and content teams, and stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and AI-search developments.

The role requires proven SEO management experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Proven SEO management experience, either client or agency side.
Confidence managing and holding an external SEO agency to account
Understanding of AI-driven search (AI Overviews, LLM discovery) and how to optimise for it
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with SEO tools
Great stakeholder management and a proactive, ownership mindset

Responsibilities

Owning organic search performance, keyword rankings and technical site health (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, structured data, etc.)
Managing and challenging the SEO agency, ensuring their recommendations align with business goals
Coordinating delivery of SEO recommendations with developers, content teams and other stakeholders
Tracking and adapting to Google algorithm updates and AI-driven search developments
Identifying technical, content and on-page opportunities to grow rankings and traffic
Reporting performance and insights clearly to stakeholders
