Job summary

ThePlaceToBe, a Leeds-based digital agency, is looking for an SEO/GEO Strategy Manager to join a busy strategy team. You will own end-to-end SEO and GEO strategies for key accounts and collaborate closely with Tech SEO, Content SEO, and Paid Media teams.

You’ll liaise with clients, analyze sites and data, identify issues, and propose growth opportunities in SEO and AI. The role requires commuting to Leeds three days a week and mentoring junior members as you lead reporting and strategic updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in an SEO-focused role with strong strategy knowledge.
• Understanding GEO and AI pathways in search marketing.
• Knowledge of technical SEO audits and migrations.
• Ability to manage accounts and client relationships.
• Agency experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SEO and GEO strategy for key accounts.
• Collaborate with Tech SEO, Content SEO, and Paid Media teams.
• Liaise with clients and report on campaign performance.
• Analyse websites and data to identify site issues.
• Suggest growth opportunities in SEO and AI.
