Job summary

Reflect Digital is seeking an SEO Executive to join our Growth team in a hybrid role, ideally in Maidstone two days a week. You’ll work closely with SEO Managers to develop and implement organic search strategies that drive traffic and revenue while learning advanced tools and reporting.

We offer a 4-day work week, flexible hybrid working, private healthcare, and generous leave (28 days plus birthday and charity day).

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Keen interest in SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
• Comfortable presenting insights to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Run technical SEO audits and keyword research across client sites.
• Develop and execute organic search strategies to meet client goals.
• Monitor performance dashboards, report on results, and adjust tactics.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Digital PR teams for a 360 view.
• Attend client meetings to present findings and recommendations.
