Twinkl Ltd. is seeking a Curation Executive to optimise our website architecture for better SEO and user experience. You will work with country managers and content leads to structure content that supports discovery for millions of customers.

Key tasks include updating navigation, implementing category changes in the CMS, and driving SEO hygiene. The role emphasises data-driven decision making and strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in an SEO role is essential.
• Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console is required.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) are expected.
• Foundational SEO principles and impact on site structure and traffic.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and deadline management abilities.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with large datasets using Google Analytics and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Execute and develop information architecture in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage and update site navigation, menus, and content structure.
• Support SEO hygiene by analyzing category structure changes.
• Create and modify category structures directly in the CMS.
• Monitor category health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Perform SEO migration tasks such as redirects and obsolescence handling.
• Collaborate across teams to improve category structures and processes.
