Zenith UK is hiring a Search Account Manager to shape Paid Search strategy across Google and Bing, owning day-to-day activity and optimisations in collaboration with the Account Director.

This role blends analytical thinking with creativity to influence strategy, strengthen client relationships and support others in developing Paid Search expertise.

• Hands-on Paid Search management across Google/Bing with analytics experience.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations for clients.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

• Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting professional development.
• Curiosity about digital media and consumer behaviour with a practical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Paid Search activity across Google and Bing, delivering high-quality campaigns and optimisations.
• Turn performance data and trends into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Account Director to develop strategic and innovative roadmaps.
• Connect Paid Search with Google Merchant Center, Search Ads 360 and Adobe.
• Build trusted client relationships and align teams on priorities.
• Create weekly/monthly reporting to illuminate performance and growth opportunities.
• Support and mentor colleagues through training and clear workflow management.
