Zenith UK is hiring a Search Account Manager to shape paid search strategy and translate data into measurable growth. You’ll own day-to-day activity across Google and Bing while collaborating with the Account Director to spot opportunities for improvement and innovation.

This role blends analytical thinking with creative problem solving, offering scope to influence strategy, strengthen client partnerships and mentor colleagues across the team in a dynamic, agency setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Paid Search activity with Google Ads and Bing.
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven track record building positive client relationships and managing expectations.
• Organised approach to workload, deadlines and budgets.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and supporting development.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Paid Search activity across Google and Bing, delivering high-quality campaigns and optimisations.
• Turn performance data and consumer trends into clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with the Account Director to shape strategic and innovation roadmaps.
• Connect Paid Search with platforms, data sources and channels (e.g., Google Merchant Center, Search Ads 360, Adobe).
• Build trusted relationships with clients, media owners, technology partners and internal teams.
• Create weekly/monthly business reviews showing performance and growth opportunities.
• Support and coach colleagues through mentoring and career development conversations.
