Join Our Team as a Senior Youth Support Worker
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £27,758 - £30,275 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential between £30,275 - £33,992 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).
Shift Pattern:Earlies/Late/Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

As a Residential Youth Support Worker in our children's homes, you will be a key part of a close-knit team committed to providing stability, guidance, and support for vulnerable young people. Your role will be to empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a trauma-informed setting.

Experience and Dedication: Previous experience providing emotional and behavioural support is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

Qualifications: A willingness to work towards or a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
