Job role:Senior Support Worker

Contract:Full time, Permanent

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Homes2Inspire is looking for a Senior Support Worker for their children's residential home in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team by directing support staff and monitoring children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being.

Effective communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential. As a shift leader, you will lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure safeguarding is a priority in all decisions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
• QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (in line with Ofsted requirements)
• Willingness to work a shift pattern including sleep-in duties and overtime
• Full UK driving licence
