Children and Family Health Devon is recruiting Senior Mental Health Practitioners to join the Urgent Care Pathway based in North Devon. You will deliver crisis assessments and safety planning for young people, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a rota spanning 9am–10pm, seven days a week, including evenings and weekends.

You will provide trauma‑informed, compassionate care, liaising with schools, education and social care to ensure joined‑up care and to support service development

Formación

• Professional mental health qualification and registration with the appropriate body.
• Experience with children/young people and crisis care preferred.
• Ability to work across agencies in a multi-disciplinary setting.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver crisis assessments and safety plans for young people in distress.
• Provide trauma-informed, youth-centred crisis care.
• Participate in a rota covering day/evening hours and weekends.
• Liaise with education and social care to ensure joined-up care.
• Support service development and reflective team practice.
