Children and Family Health Devon is recruiting Senior Clinical Psychologists (Band 8a) for the Urgent Care Pathway across Exeter, Torquay and Barnstaple. These 0.8 WTE roles offer potential developmental pathways to Band 8a with progression within 2 years.

The post focuses on delivering high-quality psychological care to children and young people, with opportunities for AMBIT training and multidisciplinary collaboration within a supportive team.

Competenze

• Professional Doctorate or equivalent in Clinical Psychology with HCPC registration.
• Experience in senior clinical psychology roles and leading teams.
• Able to provide senior professional supervision and training.

Mansioni

• Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions for CYP and families.
• Lead and supervise colleagues within the Urgent Care pathway.
• Contribute to service development, evaluation and THRIVE-aligned practice.
• Collaborate across systems to ensure joined-up care and trauma-informed practice.
