This hybrid role focuses on leading innovation and development of Workplace ARC products and services, with responsibility for stakeholder governance and cross-functional planning across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Insight.

You will help shape propositions in response to regulatory changes and market dynamics, and provide data-driven insights, governance inputs and market analysis to support

Qualifications

• Proven record of proposition delivery within a business function.
• Strong understanding of the Workplace market and products.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty and its impact on marketing and customers.
• Knowledge of the UK financial services regulatory framework and product governance.
• Ability to evaluate complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Ability to challenge requirements and develop detailed business cases.
• Track record of creative thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide input on components into the channel architecture and development, facilitate workshops, own proposition specifications.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience and Insight to ensure relevant analysis supports changes.
• Develop cross-functional go-to-market plans for project deliverables across Workplace Propositions.
• Support pilots or prototypes to test product/service changes before full development.
• Ensure product development, reviews, risk management, and governance frameworks are embedded.
• Coordinate with Marketing for promotional activity and data provision.
