Job summary

Aegon is seeking a Senior Workplace Proposition Manager in Edinburgh to lead innovation and development of Workplace ARC products. The role requires collaboration with Marketing, Customer Experience and governance teams to deliver new propositions and respond to regulatory changes.

You will own input on proposition specifications, run workshops, and develop go-to-market plans while ensuring robust governance and reporting across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering workplace propositions.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace market and products.
• Understanding of Consumer Duty and its marketing impact.
• Knowledge of UK financial services regulatory framework.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Ability to challenge requirements and build detailed business cases.
• Experience developing and maintaining financial products and services.
• Experience in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed support on channel architecture and proposition plans.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience to analyse research.
• Develop cross-functional go-to-market plans for projects.
• Support pilots and prototypes to test changes.
• Embed product development and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate promotional activity across Marketing.
• Build reports on product implementations and progress.
• Support strategic relationships with partners.
• Provide SME support for pitches and member communications.
