ABOUT THE ROLE

The Workforce Planning & TA Operations Partner ensures Talent Acquisition and workforce strategies are data-driven, aligned, and executed efficiently. This role combines strategic workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and process optimisation to give leadership full visibility into talent capacity, costs, and trends enabling faster, higher-quality hiring.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Workforce Planning (Ownership)

  • Own the full Workforce Planning process annual cycle, quarterly updates, and ongoing changes.
  • Translate business needs into hiring scenarios, risks, and capacity outlooks.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for headcount, approvals, and structural changes.

Talent Data, Metrics & Insights

  • Lead TA reporting, dashboards, and data quality.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across roles, markets, and funnels.
  • Provide insight packs and hypothesis testing support for TA Managers without owning process decisions.

Systems & Tools Support

  • Serve as functional owner for TA systems and analytics tools.
  • Drive data consistency, configuration improvements, and documentation.
  • Enable TA Managers with system-driven insights, not process authority.

Strategic Enablement

  • Bring cross-functional visibility to bottlenecks, capacity issues, or emerging patterns.
  • Partner with Finance, HRBPs, and TA Managers to support scenario modelling and strategic conversations.
  • Provide actionable insights that help elevate forecasting, performance, and stakeholder alignment.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
  • Background in Workforce Planning or Talent Acquisition Operations in a multi-location, high-growth environment.
  • Understanding of WFP methodology, headcount modelling and capacity alignment with business priorities.
  • Experience owning WFP processes, tracking changes, and maintaining accurate headcount records.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets and/or BI tool experience.
  • Comfortable with ATS systems and operational workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management collaborates effectively with HR, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to translate operational data into actionable recommendations.
