Job summary

Harrods is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to lead the design and optimisation of Workday solutions across defined functional domains. Reporting to the Principal Workday Lead, the role provides functional expertise to senior stakeholders, translating organisational priorities into effective Workday solutions and collaborating with HR Operations and HRIS teams to deliver key projects and optimisations.
